Scores come from the GCC City Index. Each city is scored 1–5 on six dimensions, and each score has a written rationale grounded in sourced facts: AICTE and AISHE data for education, Census and state data for catchment, airport and metro operators for connectivity, rents for cost, state policies for incentives, and recent arrivals for momentum.

Your weights replace the default ones. The fit score is the weighted average scaled to 100. Cost advantage scores 5 for the lowest-cost cities.
