A GCC is an offshore centre that a multinational owns and operates itself, rather than outsourcing the work to a vendor. India hosts more than 2,000 GCCs, which increasingly own products, AI, engineering, cybersecurity, analytics and global business processes for their parent companies.

A captive is set up and run directly by the parent company. In build-operate-transfer, a partner builds and operates the centre or a capability, then transfers it to the parent on agreed terms. Our specialist pods use a BOT-style transfer path, so capability moves into your captive when you are ready.

Several states have dedicated GCC policies, including Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Haryana, covering combinations of capital, payroll, recruitment, training, rent, bandwidth and power support. We deliver AI transformation, specialist pods, security architecture and AI governance, process transition and engineering platforms with our own engineers. Recruitment, BGV, payroll, laptops, fit-out, transport, legal and tax, executive search and 24×7 SOC monitoring are fulfilled by vetted partners that we coordinate and hold accountable.

Typically within two to four weeks of scoping for common pod shapes, such as AI platform, IAM/PAM and cloud security, data platform or platform engineering. That is faster than a permanent critical hire, which often takes well over 45 days plus notice periods.

By engagement shape. AI discovery and PoC is a fixed-scope package. Pods are monthly, with a pre-agreed transfer clause. Security launch packages and platform builds are fixed-scope. Incentive capture is a retainer plus a success fee on incentives actually received. Vendor OS runs on a management fee or category margin, which we disclose upfront.
