Frequently asked questions

Everything you might want to know about how Scutiger works. Still curious? Get in touch.

What is IT 2.0?

IT 2.0 is Scutiger Technologies’ name for a modern software services model that uses agentic AI to ship production software in weeks, not quarters. It replaces the old services playbook — sprint theater, PRD handoffs, and manual QA gates — with agentic delivery, guardrails-over-gates governance, and no-handoff co-creation between product, design, and engineering.

How is agentic delivery different from ordinary software development?

In agentic delivery, AI agents handle scaffolding, boilerplate, and repetitive code, while our engineers focus on architecture, verification, and the hard problems. It is not about replacing engineers — it is about giving talented engineers superhuman leverage so a small senior team can ship far more without lowering the quality bar.

How fast can you deliver?

We produce working prototypes in days and hardened, production-ready software in weeks rather than quarters. Our two-lane model separates a fast prototype lane from a rigorous production lane, so we can move quickly to validate ideas and then harden what works before it goes live.

Which industries do you work in?

We work across six industries: fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, payments, media, and data science. We bring deep vertical expertise to each — for example, RBI and PCI-DSS considerations in fintech and payments, HIPAA-grade data governance in healthcare, and MLOps infrastructure in data science.

How do you ensure quality and security when you move this fast?

We use guardrails over gates: automated quality, security, and compliance checks that run continuously instead of a manual QA gate at the end. Every prototype must pass an explicit hardening gate before it becomes production software, and golden paths make the compliant, secure route the default one.

Do you replace engineers with AI?

No. Agentic delivery gives engineers leverage, not a pink slip. AI agents handle the repetitive work; our engineers own architecture, verification, security, and the decisions that determine whether software succeeds in production.

Who are some of your clients?

Our clients include HT Media, a large Indian media conglomerate; Travelkhana, a food ordering and delivery platform for Indian railways passengers; and SVF Productions, a leading Eastern-India entertainment company. We have shipped production systems across media, travel, and entertainment.

Where are you based?

Scutiger Technologies Private Limited is an India-based software services company, building production software since 2014.

What is the two-lane model?

The two-lane model runs a fast prototype lane (AI-generated, for validating ideas) alongside a hardened production lane (verified, for shipping). Work crosses from one to the other at the hardening gate — an explicit checkpoint for production readiness. Two lanes mean speed and reliability never have to fight each other.

How do we get started?

Tell us about your project through our contact form or email contact@scutiger.com. Share your industry, timeline, and what “done” looks like. We typically reply within two business days and can often begin with a fast prototype to prove value early.
