Time-to-fill ranges are our planning assumptions for critical hires in India GCCs: from opening a requisition to an accepted offer, before notice periods. Notice periods of 60–90 days are common in India and come on top, which is why scarce roles so often miss their dates.

Market context: GCCs taking more than 45 days to fill critical roles (2026 survey of 150+ leaders): 58% (Ceipal and People Matters, GCC Talentscope India 2026 (press release)).

A role is likely to miss if even a fast hire plus a 60-day notice period lands after the date you need it, and at risk if a typical hire does. The suggested pod covers scarce roles at risk, sized at roughly two-thirds of the gap because a pod lead and agentic tooling stretch a smaller team. It runs until permanent hires land, then transfers.
